Holder & Napolitano Must Go

Eric Holder the (AG) of the United States has certain duties according to the laws of our Country; the AG is the head of the United States Department of Justice. He is the “big dog” in charge of enforcing law, not by his rules but the laws of the land.

If the Attorney General is incapable, incompetent and irresponsible, the House of Representative have the power to impeach him and there is reasonable cause the Senate may try him for bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors.

Homeland Security was created after the 911 attacks and today Janet Napolitano holds the position of Secretary of Homeland Security. Her duty first and foremost is to keep our Country safe, our borders secure, infrastructure protection, preparedness and response, information technology and aggressively fight against terrorism. The US Border Agents are also under the long arm of the Secretary of Homeland Security.

So let’s go back to 2009 when Obama handed Holder 10,000,000 of our stimulus money specifically for an operation called the Fast and Furious gunrunner. This was a scheme to walk high powered weapons from our turf across the Mexican border into the hands of the drug cartels. The Obama Administration, the DOJ, the DHS, ATF and maybe other agencies collectively devised a plan that would destroy our 2nd Amendment and take our gun rights away.

Obama and all of the Government Agencies were involved, which means they all have to assume the responsibility for one of the most corrupt scandals in our USA. The Fast and Furious Gunrunner operation is responsible for the murder of two of our Border Agents (Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata.) In addition to those murders, hundreds of Mexicans have been murdered by weapons from our United States.

Anyone or ones who intentionally place our men and women in harm’s way are should stand trial for murder. If it were any other citizen of the United States that had committed crimes like this, they would be behind bars as we speak.

Obviously it was the “big guns” who were in charge of orchestrating this operation. Obama specified that 10,000,000 of our stimulus money be funded for the Fast and Furious Operation. Holder and Napolitano put this operation in motion in April 2009 in their speeches to the Mexico/United States Arms Trafficking Conference in CUERNAVACA, MEXICO.
Border Agents and ATF personnel and gun owners repeatedly questioned the dangers involved in selling high powered weapons to the drug cartels.

Whistle blowers stepped forward and testified under oath about the gunrunner operation. Holder and Napolitano both perjured themselves under oath when questioned about the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation. Enough is enough, citizens of the USA need to have their voices heard and remove Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano from office immediately.

Please take time to contact the people in charge of this investigation and the House Speaker, John Boehner. It’s time to take back our Country and insure that everyone regardless of their position obey the laws of our land.

Obama, Holder & DOJ – Knee Deep in Corruption

The DOJ is out digging for garbage again just like they did with Gibson Guitar Company.  Gibson is a company anyone would be proud to own; they have an outstanding reputation. But Holder and his boys sent in armed agents to execute a number of search warrants – why are they meddling in one of our Nation’s finest businesses? 

 

The truth is this search and seizure wasn’t based on our Nation’s laws, but on India’s laws.  As everyone knows they’ve sued the Governor or Arizona and Arizona over the SB1070 and it looks like they’re probably following Mexico’s laws in this lawsuit. 

 

Arizona has repeatedly asked Obama to do his job and seal the border, but Obama just makes fun of their request. He said the Republicans probably want to secure the border with a moat and alligators. Arizona has lost ranchers, law enforcement officers, due to illegal aliens; they’ve experienced heavy drug trafficking by the cartels along with human trafficking including rape and murder of innocent citizens.

 

Obama’s girl junk yard dog, Janet Napolitano has the nerve to get on National TV saying, our borders are safer than they’ve ever been.

 

There’s another story to share that exposes the corruption of the Obama Administration and the DOJ.  September 8. 2008, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, known as ICE, did an investigation of Joe Arpaio’s and the MCSO office regarding illegal immigrants Joe Arpaio is a sheriff in Arizona who is in charge of the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office. ICE gave Joe and the MSCO a clean bill of health. Here’s a summation of ICE’s findings in 2008. 

 

“The OI and DRO supervisors consider the conduct and performance of the MCSO … officers to be professional and meeting the requirement of the MOA.” Translated, that means officials from the Homeland Security Department’s Office of Investigation (OI), along with officials from the Detention and Removal Operations office (DRO), concluded that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), in its handling of illegal immigrants, acted in a professional manner and complied with a memorandum of agreement (MOA) under which the government gave them the authority to enforce federal law. That agreement included a ban on racial profiling.

 

5 months later, March of 2009 Eric Holder and the DOJ disregarded ICE’s investigation and started their attack on Joe Arpaio. There’s definitely a fox in the woodpile here folks and the finger points at Holder and Obama. 

 

Speaking of Human Rights violations lets revisit Obama and Holder’s Fast and Furious gunrunner operation – the sting operation set up to let guns walk across our borders into the hands of the drug cartel. We’re talking about murder;  two of our agents killed and hundreds of Mexican men, women and children murdered by these walking guns.

 

But Obama and Holder follow the “Rules for Radicals” creating distraction and keeping the troops divided. What a coincidence that on December 15, 2011 the DOJ issued a scathing report against Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office (MCSO) accusing them of a wide range of civil right violations against Latinos. This report made national headlines on the exact day one year ago that our Border Agent Brian Terry was murdered by one of Holder and Obama’s guns that they escorted across the border into Mexico

 

Obama and Holder are both accountable for this botched sting operation and have blood on their hands. Joe Arpaio enforces the Federal Laws on “illegal immigration.” while Obama and Holder usurp the laws. It’s all about votes for Obama!

 

Obama and the DOJ have made four obvious errors: (1) Refused to help Arizona secure their borders, (2) Sent memo to ICE not to deport illegal aliens, (3) Attacked the one persons who has tried to keep Arizona safe from the crimes committed by illegal aliens, and (4) Hid behind one of the most corrupt and deadliest operations in our Nation’s history (Fast and Furious Gunrunner.)

 

While Americans were sleeping the Obama Administration continues their plan to grant amnesty to illegal aliens by any means.  Here is a partial look at latest order to the DOJ attorneys November 2011.

Eric Holder & Obama Harm Another Border Agent

Americans don’t let Holder or Obama destroy the life of another Border Agent. They have blood on their hands from the “Fast and Furious” gunrunner operation that has killed two border agents Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata and many Mexicans (Men, Women and children.) Now in order to appease the corrupt Mexican Government they have committed yet another crime.

Jesus Diaz Jr. a border agent apprehended an illegal alien carrying 75 pounds of drugs on his back. Jesus handcuffed the criminal using the exact procedures as taught in the academy; he didn’t injure, abuse or misuse this illegal alien as was proven in testimony. Not a drop of blood or injury on this person’s body – the only marks was on his back due to the heavy weight of the drugs in his back pack.

Jesus Diaz previously was cleared by the Office of Inspector General and the Office of Professional Responsibility, but due to pressure from the Mexican Government the Federal prosecutors tried Diaz yet a third time. The real kicker here is they gave the illegal alien(a criminal) immunity against any charges related to drug trafficking, even though he lied to federal officials about the marijuana.

It appears that he was not only given immunity to testify against Jesus Diaz, Jr. – this criminal was given a U.S. visa. This is a perfect example of Holder and the DOJ doing their dirty work above the laws of our land.

Just go to your browser and put “Jesus Diaz Jr. apprehended drug smuggler” and you will be able to read the whole story as it unravels.

But, there’s much more to the story, Jesus Diaz Jr.received a jail sentence of two years, a $7,000 fine and was terminated from the border patrol while in his cell. Now, Diana Jesus Diaz wife who is a Border Agent is receiving what is called, “Notice of Intent to Offset.”

This unsigned letter was sent to Jesus and Diana’s home basically insisting that Diana pay the $7,000 saying we strongly urge you to pay this fine immediately. This unsigned letter threatens Diana if she doesn’t pay – call it whatever, I call it a vicious threat.

So Holder isn’t happy just sentencing an innocent Border Patrol agent to two years in prison, a $7,000 fine along with being terminated from his job; they’re after more blood and literally attacking Jesus’s wife Diana and his 6 children.

Fight for Jesus; don’t let Holder and Obama have their way with one of our American citizens who was doing his job, protecting us and our children from a criminal. Here is a site that you can access and sign a petition to have Jesus released immediately. Diaz Petition Main Page

Obama and Holder have destroyed too many lives due to the “Fast and Furious” gunrunner project; two of our Border Agents and many Mexicans murdered by the guns that walked across our border into Mexico. Brian Terry’s Family Denied Victim Status

Most of you remember last December when one of our border agents (Brian Terry) was killed by one the weapons that was allowed to walk across our border into the Mexican Drug Cartels possession.

The DOJ & ATF had a program “Fast & Furious” that permitted thousands of high powered firearms to be transferred from our United States into the hands of the drug cartel in Mexico.

Obama, Holder & DOJ just denied Brian Terry’s family “victim status. US Attorney Dennis Burke speaks for Obama, Holder & DOJ saying, the family was not “directly or proximately harmed” by the illegal purchase of the murder weapon. When you lose a family member due to the negligence of the Obama, DOJ & ATF you certainly deserve victim status and yes you are directly harmed.

These creeps are giving Brian’s family a bunch of meaningless rhetoric in an effort to cover up other covert activities. It appears that Dennis Burke (US Attorney) is attempting to cover up what I refer as a “high crime” caused by negligence and an illegal program called “Fast & Furious.”

Mexican officials are angry over the gun runner programs, feeling United States is actually complicit in the violence – as we know the drug cartel has killed maimed and slaughtered thousands of Mexicans, men, women and children. There are still thousands of these high powered weapons uncounted for and the next murder could be your family member, friend or relative.

There are two factions in our Country that should help us solve this problem. American youth who are the experts on the social networks like Facebook and twitter could start twittering about Obama, Holder, DOJ & ATF demanding that anyone knowingly connected to this hideous gun runner program be tried in court and put away for life. The Hispanic community needs to put personal likes and dislikes down now and fight for their country. Probably some have already lost friends and family across the border and you know there will be more needless murders with United States high powered weapons. Call or email Obama, your Senators, Darrell Issa, DOJ, ATF or better yet get on TV and fight for Brian Terry’s family and your relatives in Mexico- demand justice be served.

As a Nation let’s stand together and fight together in Brian’s memory; he, like our 30 military men gave his life for us. Our Military didn’t wait around for a debate or a bunch of paper shuffling – they immediately took out the ones who killed our brave men.

Obama is supposed to be the Commander in Chief and Holder our Attorney General of the USA – they both knew about the Fast and Furious program and must be held accountable. It’s time to kick the blame game out the window and stop passing the buck. The buck stops here with Barack Obama and Eric Holder!

There’s some good news out there America, some pretty positive things are happening and we need to hear some good news, because the garbage that the Liberal news throws at us daily is dismal, boring and mostly fiction based.

Marco Rubio – gave his maiden speech today on the Senate floor and it was a speech that should make National Headlines. http://floridapundit.com/2010/11/marco-rubios-victory-speech-american-exceptionalism/ here’s a young man that everyone should be watching and supporting!

Texas Governor Rick Perry is a man to keep your eye on – he’s pretty much testing the waters and it won’t be surprising if Rick throws his hat into the Presidential run. Rick has accomplished some very amazing things in his home state of Texas.

He’s fired up and wants to help America take back their country. Rick Perry stays in touch with all Governors in the USA, actually on a daily basis – he’s not only the longest serving Governor in Texas; he’s a man who has kept Texas financially sound.

Although, Americans aren’t happy with Obama’s humor when he said, “shovel ready wasn’t as shovel ready as we expected.” The only good thing about this off the wall comment is this – it absolutely is the first time that Obama and his gang admitted the stimulus package didn’t work. That’s the beginning of the end for Obama’s 2012 Presidential campaign.

Obama is also saying that Michelle and the girls wouldn’t mind if he did something else besides his position as President – I say go for it, Obama – join your dear Reverend Wright and invest in some more real estate – just get out of our White House.

Democrats and Union workers lost a major battle today in Wisconsin. The Supreme Court will allow Scott Walker’s law to go into effect. This doesn’t mean Wisconsin is out of the woods on this issue with the Unions, but it’s a great message to other States that are struggling with the Unions.

This isn’t just about a Democrat/Republican fight; this is a going to be a vicious fight to the end with Unions. Recalls will soon be on their way, which is not only a distraction but very costly to Wisconsin who’s already in debt up to their arm pits. It will be months before we know the end of this story, but for now Scott Walker will start balancing Wisconsin’s sick budget.

Media Matters – keeps trying to sell Obama’s new training program for the college crowd. Basically Obama just wants to redistribute more of our money before he loses in 2012. The ones advocating this new training program are the ones who will reap millions of dollars, if they can talk Obama into going forward with this stupid training program.

Both RGJ and AMT want our money, of course they’re going to sell his new -fangled idea, because it’s a shoo in for them. Come on MM – you gotta come up with something more legitimate then this…

Media Matters – are beyond ridiculous, where they get their figures on unemployment and new jobs just doesn’t jive with anything. CBO told God and our Nation in 2009 that Obama’s stimulus plan would in fact cost more in the long run than if he were to do nothing.

CBO estimates that the employment effects began to wane at the end of 2010 and continued to do so in the first quarter of 2011.”

If the Obama Administration actually created 200,000 new jobs in the past 21/2 years, it wouldn’t be anything to be proud of considering the jobs lost in the same period of time. We must remember that the jobs MM is praising Obama for were part time holiday jobs and many of the other recent jobs are less than 30 hours per week at fast food venues or Walmart pushing carts around the parking lot.

So to Media Matters, I say you represent the “garbage in – garbage out” crap that I keep discussing and you’re one of the reasons that the “Dumpsters” (CNN, MSNBC, NYT, NPR and CBS) are struggling with retention of their viewers. The Liberal News media needs to remember that Americans are pretty savvy now and they’re fed up with lies, regurgitated news and propaganda.

Here’s some real news that has teeth: Obama and the Unions are suing Boeing (the world’s largest aerospace corporation) because Boeing wants open their new site in South Carolina, a right to work state.

Can you believe our Government thinks they have the right to tell our businesses where they can or can’t build? Boeing will definitely win, but not until they spend millions countering the DOJ’s lawsuit.

The DOJ is lawsuit happy; they’re fighting the 26 states, who feel Obamacare isn’t legal; Harry Reid refuses to bring a repeal bill to the Senate at this time, because he knows many Democrats want it repealed now.

So until the Supreme Court takes over and gives us a final decision on Obamacare, the private sector and businesses are in “limbo.” Don’t expect any measurable business growth or hiring until the court makes a final decision.

As I’ve said before, the DOJ just can’t stay out of anything; they’re suing on behalf of a Muslim woman over some kind of pilgrimage; hey, just because she’s a Muslim doesn’t mean she exempt from our laws. Many of our Muslim friends want to live in the land of the free, for free!

As you probably remember, the DOJ is suing Governor Jan Brewer and the State of Arizona – what a reverse psychology; why didn’t the Government spend our money on securing the borders for California, Arizona and Texas instead of throwing away our hard earned tax dollars on their frivolous law suits?

The DOJ has a lawsuit against, Joe Arpaio one of Arizona’s Sheriffs stating he won’t hand over all documents requested – the problem here is they’ve had months to review the records and can’t find any illegalities, so in the meantime millions of Arizona’s money is being used to fight the DOJ.

Here’s what the DOJ should be worried about – Eric Holder and the ATF are still refusing to turn over requested documents on the Operation Fast and Furious (Obama’s pet secret program that placed 1,000’s of guns in the hands of the Mexican drug cartels.

The President of our US should be removed from office, because he’s intentionally placed Americans in harm’s way.

I hope Darrell Issa breaks this case wide open – this is one of the most devious kinds of things a President can do… For me I call Obama and Holder evil, corrupt and both should be removed from office yesterday.

News the Obama Way

Checking the news out for July 20^th, 2010 seems to leave Americans in the lurch; very few news venues have any inclination to discuss the real news of the day.  ABC confines its news to some off the wall questions; (1) Is BP actually avoiding a flow measurement, (2) Should Shirley Sherrod be hired again, and (3) Will UK Cooperate on Lockerbie Bomber? 

ABC isn’t interested in the DOJ lawsuit against the State of Arizona and Jan Brewer (Governor) or Holders threat that he may in fact initiate another lawsuit on racial legalities. They briefly mention Kagan and give a few hurrahs saying she won support from the Democrat dominated Senate Judiciary Committee – they refuse to offer the real news of interest about this Liberal judge who hasn’t in her lifetime served as a judge.

They refuse to involve themselves into the funding of the unemployment extension – it’s definitely of interest to all Americans. There is enough money left in our original stimulus package to fund the extension; it absolutely makes no sense that Americans once again have billions of dollars of debt placed in their laps.

 CBS News Senior White House correspondent Bill Plante says the government couldn’t use this money, because they’d have to rewrite the law.  So rewrite the law, Democrats don’t seem to have a problem with that, for instance the “Black Panther” issue was swept under the rug without any hesitation and Obama if you remember was made President of the US without any vetting. 

So the question is what is or isn’t news worthy?  It would appear that we should know what our government is doing behind our backs in regards to changing laws, spending our money, the DOJ’s shenanigans, the reasons the Senate Judiciary Committee would support an extremist who refuses to answer specific question, the real reasons why our government won’t secure our borders, why there isn’t any jobs, why the Healthcare Reform is costing taxpayers another arm and leg and why no one listens to our voices.

The Liberal News media offers one thing only, regurgitated, re edited propaganda for one reason only – to draw a specific response from Americans. News is no longer news – it’s a bi product of fiction, lies and misguided journalists who refuse to get back to the basics of old fashioned journalism.  The one thing we’ve learned from listening to these news venues is this – they have placed the one called Obama in a bubble and they will do whatever is necessary to keep the bubble from bursting!

Republicans must quit taking a better than thou stance and present a platform to Americans that is etched in stone.  They must quit hitting the news waves with the “he said, she said,” and bring solutions to the table. They must unite in the effort to restore our Nation as “One Nation Under God,” protect our Constitution, keep our Military safe, secure the borders and return the power of decisions to the people. 

Many Republicans gladly step forward with the daily gossip, but few are inclined to stand toe to toe with the Obama Administration and fight for America. Newsworthy information just doesn’t exist anymore, because one of two things happen; (1) Problems are brought to our table with no real solutions, or (2) Those in the news are “tooting their own horn,” and promoting their private agenda. 

Until a group of people can unite, like our forefathers did in pursuit of freedom, justice and liberty for all – nothing much will change the political climate that we’re a victim of…

Democrats Jump Ship

Next steps prove in taking back our country will be difficult for our Nation; few of us have the resources to keep our heads afloat.  It’s not only shocking that 6 out of 10 Americans no longer have a slight trace of confidence in Obama and his administration; it’s a condition that is spreading like the old fashioned measles. Still, the flip side of the coin Americans aren’t at ease with Republicans either, so we’re between a rock and a hard place!

About 1/3 of the Democrats are grabbing the little bit of hope that Obama has left them and jumping ship; it’s not just job security that has convinced them to make the separation – it’s fear that the past year and a half has literally destroyed all hopes of recovering from the first recession.  Many, economists say we’re in or about to head into a double dip recession and, possibly on the verge of a depression.

After Robert Gibbs got thru with the Democratic Party, one must wonder what was his real strategy when he said, “there is no doubt there are enough seats in play that could cause Republicans to gain control of the House”   This remark was made on Meet the Press with host David Gregory.

Although Democrats took offense to Gibb’s comments about the Republicans taking over the house; Mr. Gibbs was pretty much stating what we all know to be the truth.  This is one of the few times, Robert Gibbs allowed himself the luxury of freedom of speech – probably will be the last time for many moons, but it was refreshing and so unlike the surly character Gibbs betrays.

There are many more Democrats who are in the survival mode and planning to abandon the Obama Administration.  Rohm Emanuel (Chief of Staff) is not so gracefully departing – Rohm knows there will be few Democrats left to follow the one they call “Obama” after the midterm elections. It is surprising that Rohm didn’t opt to leave prior to the elections; maybe it was an attempt to show his last bit of loyalty to Obama. 

Peter Orszag, Obama’s budget director decided to eat and run after a trillion dollar glitch and a National Deficit that is absolutely sinful (over 13 trillion)  – rumor has it that Jack Lew (Clinton’s budget director) will be handed the massive National Deficit in hopes that he can salvage a portion of the misguided Obama budget. 

Obama will find that Jack Lew is a no nonsense, bottom line man and what he’s about to tell Obama and Americans isn’t exactly what Democrats running for office in November want to hear. Mr. Lew won’t be able to heal our National Deficit, but he may well offer some lasting blood transfusions that will encourage consumers and businesses (big and small.) 

The DOJ appears to be quite busy as they crawl in bed with the “black panthers, sue Jan Brewer and the State of Arizona and now Eric Holder (one of the jerks who didn’t even read the SB 1070) is threatening another lawsuit against Arizona.  There’s a definite solution to the problems we’re having with the Department of Justice and her name is Megyn Kelly.

Megyn Kelly on FOX news “America live” is actively exposing what Holder and the DOJ have done concerning the proven allegations in the “Black Panther” case.  Megyn is correct in her approach to this story; she has repeatedly shown both sides of the story and hopefully the end of this story will result in more than smacking the DOJ’s hands.  The Obama Administration blatantly refuses to adhere to our Nation’s laws and rules of the land. 

There are a few obvious steps that Americans can make that will help us “take our country back.”  Our forefathers established a solid foundation with the Constitution and our strong foundation was “One Nation under God with Liberty and Justice for All.” 

Maybe placing “God” back into the mix is a strong first step.  The family unit needs a makeover, parents need to once again assume their role as mentors, disciplinarians and resume their role as head of the household. Constant contact with those who represent us in the White House is crucial, because November elections are on now on the horizon.

As citizens of the United States, we must remember that the Obama strategy is “distraction and keeping the troops divided,” proof of this is the DOJ lawsuit against Jan Brewer and the State of Arizona.  Obama’s scramble for votes depends on two things – alienating the Hispanics and African Americans from our voter base.  Obama’s and gang have pulled out the race card, civil rights card and Bush card again – everything in the news on the left side will center on these three things.
